Countrycore is in! These are the fashion trends seen at Stagecoach 2025

While Coachella looks may be in the rear view mirror, festival fashion is far from over. Known to be the largest country music festival in the world, Stagecoach looks brought the heat — both literally and on the fashion front. From cowboy boots and hats to statement belts, fringe details and micro shorts. Countrycore has confirmed its place in fashion.

Boots

While shoes can make or break an outfit, for festival fashion, comfort is key. In keeping with the theme, almost every girl at Stagecoach was sporting seriously cool cowboy boots. We loved these knee-high versions worn by Sierra Furtado, in a sunny tan leather.

Cowboy Hats

From vintage straw to bold colours, the cowboy hat remains to be a festival staple. It helped Teala Dunn add a pop of colour to her all white look and is the perfect accessory to keep cool from the sun.

Fringe

Fringe was a recurring theme in Stagecoach this year, from clothing to accessories - the textile added a playful element that really leaned into the brief. As shown on Izzy Dilger, fringe doesn’t always have to be cliche or obvious. Sometimes it can just be simple and cool.

Statement Belts

More than just a way to hold your pants up, a statement belt can help tie the look. And while Coachella definitely called for belts in excess, we preferred the traditional simplicity found at Stagecoach. Adelaine Morin layered her belt by wearing a metal belt with a bull brown leather.

Micro Shorts

Unlike skirts and dresses, micro shorts stayed in place despite the desert wind. A basic piece that you can pair with anything and be comfortable while dancing, and even when westernised, still feels like an ode to Brat summer. Singer Dasha elevated her micro shorts by keeping a cohesive colour scheme and fringe boots that clipped to her belt.
